At Pets & Such, we want you and your furry friend to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your order, we are here to help.

Returns

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, free of pet hair, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached.
Please note that personalized or custom-made items (such as our custom embroidered collars or engraved ID tags) are exempt from being returned unless the product arrives defective or damaged.

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@petssuch.blog with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to send your item back to us. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or to our facility without prior authorization.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. If an item is defective or damaged upon arrival, please contact us immediately at info@petssuch.blog so we can arrange a direct replacement.

Shipping Your Return

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
